Lunch: Each Friday your student will come home with a Weekly Lunch order form for the upcoming week. KES is fortunate enough to be able to offer a variety of choices. This order form will create clear communication to me the teacher; on what you would like your child to have whatever day(s) they will be buying. Please also make sure to make your child aware of what they will be having for lunch to decrease any surprises in the moment. Further instructions will be provided on the order form.
Notes for Teacher: Please put all notes for teacher in student's Kindergarten Folder when needed. These folders are checked each morning.
Going Home Early: Please advise Mrs. Ciccarella, our school secretary, and myself, by phone or email that your student will be leaving early. This will allow student to be packed and ready to go when needed.
Dismissal: All students taking the bus will be dismissed from their classroom via intercom as their bus arrives. From there, students will be escorted to their bus upon it's arrival. Students who are being picked up will be collected from back exit near Kindergarten classrooms on blacktop. Any child staying for Roxbury Aftercare will be dropped off to their location. PLEASE keep your child's dismissal tag on their backpack ESPECIALLY for the first few months of school to insure safety for all students.
